Today,  Energoprojekt consists of Holding p.l.c., the parent company, and its subsidiaries in their respective industries.

Energoprojekt carries out its projects through its system of subsidiaries and branch-offices, as well as through joint ventures with partners from Serbia and other countries. Through its network of regional branches, subsidiaries, joint ventures and other corporate entities, Energoprojekt controls projects in 24 countries across four continents.
Energoprojekt has retained its position as one of the major design, engineering and construction companies in the Southeastern Europe.

With a solid reputation, highest recommendations, revenues of approximately €200 million per annum and annual contracts in excess of €400 million, Energoprojekt presents a very good platform for regional expansion.

Bearing in mind that the investments in infrastructure and energy projects in the region of Serbia and Southeastern Europe are expected to exceed €3bn over the next several years, Energoprojekt has a vast growth potential.

Energoprojekt’s stock has been traded on the Belgrade Stock Exchange since 2001. Apart from the main Stock Exchange index – Belexline - Energoprojekt is also included on three prestigious indices – Belex 15 (composed of 15 most traded stocks), SRX (index established by the Vienna Stock Exchange, composed of 8 most liquid stocks) and the Dow Jones Stoxx Balkan 50 Equal Weighted Index (includes in total of 50 stocks from Slovenia, as well as all the Balkan countries with.

As of July 19, 2007, Energoprojekt is listed on the A List of Belgrade Stock Exchange, which contains only three other companies.
