Energoprojekt Viskokogradnja Building and General Constructing Co. Ltd. - as the contractor and the Building Directorate of Serbia in Belgrade - as the investor, signed at the end of August of the current year the ”Contract for executing preparatory works in the location of the barracks ”Stepa Stepanović”(”4.
