Energoprojekt Holding a.d. (EPH) announces its commitment to continual improvement of business: management, coordination and control of the business activities of Energoprojekt System and implementation of complex projects, in order to ensure that its traditional and new clients, business partners and other stakeholders rank it among the top world systems providing design, consulting, engineering and construction of complex infrastructure projects in the fields of energy, telecommunications, water supply, civil engineering, industry, construction, environmental protection and information technology as well as other public projects. For this purpose, EPH establishes and improves its own Integrated Management System (IMS) which includes Quality Management (compliant with ISO 9001:2015), Environmental Management (compliant with ISO 14001:2015) and the Occupational Health and Safety Management (compliant with OHSAS 18001:2007).

EPH puts its Integrated Management System in the function of a continuous effort to meet as more fully, efficiently, effectively and reliably the requirements, needs, expectations of both clients and owners - shareholders, employees, suppliers, business partners and the wider community and the state.

EPH regularly coordinates all its business activities with the applicable requirements of the legislative regulations in all areas of business, environmental protection, health and safety at work, establishes programs for environmental protection and occupational health and safety and finally, strive for their consistent implementation.

Planning of all business processes and activities that have an impact on the quality of services, health and safety at work and environmental protection, EPH bases on risk management with a goal of risk prevention and reduction of unwanted effects.

Top management of EPH organizes and constantly monitors, reviews and directs the activities of all organizational parts, departments and individuals to ensure this IMS policy to be fully implemented. In this respect, the top management undertakes responsibility to ensure all personnel to be fully informed of the established IMS policy, to recognize their everyday tasks, powers and responsibilities clearly in implementation of this policy through everyday activities, to ensure them availability of information and resources, conditions for improvement of competencies and to be fully and constantly motivated for attainment of its objectives.

The established IMS policy within EPH will be constantly monitored and reviewed by the top management, whose responsibility is to improve it continually and to adapt it to all the changes in the business and social environment, and also to implement such an improved and adapted policy by means of the Integrated Management System.
